It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malik Dequan Lowery of Lamar, South Carolina, born in Hartsville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Wanda Damon of Lamar, SC and Mark Anthony Lowery of Timmonsville, SC; his children, Kaelin Smith, Kaliyah Oliver, Ragan Brown, Karson Richardson, Olivia Lowery and Jaicey Lowery; his siblings, Marcus Martin (Michelle), Courtney Martin, Marquavius Lowery, Quintashia Lowery, Madison Johnson and Martez Jonson; and his close friend JaNayaa Mitchell. He is also survived by five nieces; three nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
