He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Lawrence Odom and Virginia Morrell Odom Turner; and his siblings, Nettie Howle of Darlington, Mildred Odom of Lamar, Cephas Odom of Bishopville, Gene Odom of Lamar and Tom Odom of Society Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Tammy Nettles (Ricky), Jamie Watson and Jay Odom (Jennifer) of Lamar; his sister Carolyn Jessen (Herbert) of Walterboro, SC; his grandchildren, Micheal Huneycutt (Sarah) of Lamar, Whitney Coker (Julian) of Scranton, Taylor Shelley (Brandon) of Darlington, Meagan Watson of Florence and AJ Odom of Lamar; and his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Millie, Silas, Paisley, Brenlee, Addi, Anni and Wilder.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Belk Funeral Home - Lamar (217 E Main St, Lamar, SC 29069). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Lamar Belk Funeral Home Chapel (217 E Main St, Lamar, SC 29069).
