He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt Baggarley and Mildred Moore Baggarley; his wife Joann Baggarley; his children, Barbara Harris and David Baggarley; and his brother Hillary Baggarley.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Quinn (Don); his son-in-law Thomas Harris; his grandchildren, Tonya Bennett, Crystal Personette (Marq), Tiffany Griffith (Garett) and Courtney May (Roberto); and his brother Joe Baggarley.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Belk Funeral Home Lamar Chapel (217 E Main St, Lamar, SC 29069). The military honors was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Florence National Cemetery (803 E National Cemetery Rd, Florence, SC 29506).
