He is survived by: his wife Nelia Weaver of Lamar; his sons, Jody Weaver (Michelle) and Chuck Weaver (Wendy); his grandchildren, Emily Weaver, Caitlyn Weaver and Wesley Weaver; and his siblings, Chandler Weaver, Wendell Weaver and Susan Sansbury.
