He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy Crenshaw, Moses, Eunice Hines, Cleo Newkirk, Harvey and Verlene Parker; his aunts, Nadine Barbour, Mary Crenshaw and Debbie Autry; his uncle Donald Ray Hines (Blanche); and his parents, Angelia Marthel Parker and Jimmy Parker.
He is survived by: his brother Reginald Parker (Margaret); his nephew Myles Parker; his niece Jasmine Parker; his sister Samantha Stevens; his aunts, Peggy Matthews, Jennifer -Smith (Smitty) of Washington, Cynthia Crenshaw, Lois Toraine, Jeraldine Donatien (Gerald), Lenda Jackson, Shirley Wilson and Joy Parker; and his godsons, Demarius James and Logan Allen. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
