He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Peter (Amanda), Andrew and William (Tessa); and his siblings, Sue Oksen-Pereira (Tony), Gail, Chris Oksen and Patty Keesling (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
