With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sara J. Perna of Lake Wylie, South Carolina, born in Hammonton, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jacobs Jr. and Ada Jacobs; her brothers, John "Jack" Jacobs and Glenn "Jake" Jacobs; and the father of her children Vincent J. Perna.
She is survived by: her husband Vince; her children, Timothy J. Perna (Limin Zhang), Susan L. Nachinson (Scott) and Dean J. Perna (Gisella Cosentino); her grandchildren, Rachel, Jacob Nachinson, Aaron, Collin Perna, Alyssa, Amanda Perna, Gianluca and Kaila Tartaro; her siblings-in-law, Lorraine Jacobs, Ron and Eleanor Perna; her nieces and nephews, Jack of Chuck, T. J., Andie, Tracy and Robin; and her mother-in-law Sara "Sally" J. Perna LLimin (Planted).
