He was predeceased by: his parents, James LeRoy Brown, Sr. and Ethel Roberts Brown; his former wife Virginia Brown; and his sister Bettie Weddle. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Purdie Brown; his children, Jennifer Jacobs of Pueblo, CO, Beverly Brown of Pueblo, CO, Barbara Mitchell (Sam) of Overland Park, KS, Jane Brown (Larry Lewis) of Lake Wylie, SC and Symon Davis (Debbie Becker) of Lake Wylie, SC; and his grandchildren, Chase, Sarah, Paul, Brandon, Bethany and Braeden. He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
