He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia. He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his father John; his brothers, Mark (Eva), Bob (Patti), Steve, Douglas (Randy) and David; and his friends, Dwight, Richelle and Viklyne Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
