He was predeceased by: his parents, Kemper Rogers and Willena Brown Rogers; and his siblings, Elizabeth Brown, Willie Rogers, Rufus Rogers and Audrey Shelton.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Worley Rogers; his sisters, Linda Bradley (Namon) and Donna Poole (Author); his children, Linda Rogers, Steve Rogers, GermontRogers, Gwendolyn Robinson (Alphonso), Julia Ann Nance, Marilyn Johnson, James Worley and Lee Rogers; his grandchildren, Crystal Fontaine, Brian Rogers, Derrick Page, Latoya Page (Monte), Dena Page (Tiron), Juneatta Olenja (Khalid), Tiana Brown (Anthony), Jamaris Thompson, Javon Strickland, Terrell Bethea and A'Kiriya Christian; and his nephew Tim Rogers.
