He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elliott and Ruby Hewitt Elliott; and his brothers, Braxton Elliott and Wendell Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Doris A. Elliott of Lake View; his children, Mark Elliott (Tabitha) of Lake View and Natalie E. Packer of Lake View; his grandchildren, Olivia Packer, Loganne Elliott and Gavin Elliott; his great grandchild Penelope Packer; his stepmother Betty Elliott; and his siblings, Danny Ray Elliott, Kenny Wayne Elliott, Tracy Elliott, Bob Allen Elliott and Rebecca Elliott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
