Hayes; his wife Priscilla; his children, Gary Hayes (Gail) and Lynn Hayes Powell (Chuck); his grandsons, Graham Hayes (Kristin), Chace Powell (Susannah), Chad Powell and Chandler Powell; and his sisters, Carlyle Hayes (Lois), Marion Hayes (Sharon), Virginia Leggett, Mary Francis Pierce (Ronald), Martha Barfield (Jimmy), Linda Watford (Bobby) and Jeannette Herring.
