She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Locklear and Lula Mae Bass Locklear; her husband James Huggins; her son Holden Huggins; and her brother Mitchell Locklear.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shorty McQuahe and Rae Huggins; and her siblings, Annette Sanderson (Dan), Rosie Russ (George), Cindy Brown, Pam English and Jimmy Dean Locklear. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
