He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie C. McNeil and Alberta McNeil; and his daughter Shelley Ann McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Patrica Odum McNeil; his children, Bruce (Lisa), Chris (Geri Lynn), Keith, Drapier (Skitshuri), Terrance, Raekwon, Caleb and Nyema McDaniel (Antione); and his siblings, Billy Ray, Jeffrey, Joseph, Michael, Thomas and Hearly Mae White. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
