We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2020, at the age of 71, Brantly Chavis (Lake View, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bennie and Ruthie Jane Chavis; and his brother Ray F. Chavis. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Strickland (Lee); his grandchildren, Garriett Chavis, Joy Lynne Chavis, Peirce Strickland, Hannah Chavis and Grant Strickland; and his siblings, Vinson Chavis, Cara M. Locklear, Caffie Kremski, Mary Lowery and Vickie Locklear. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
