He is survived by: his children, Billy Young, III (Noriko) of Menifee, CA, Debbie Lee of Lake City and Tammy McKnight (Mark) of Lake City; his sisters, Becky Chumar of Ohio, Barbara Mellon of Ohio and Susie Barnes of Ohio; his granddaughter Robin Floyd of Lake City; and his pet Tippie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
