Willa Cantey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willa Cantey (Lake City, South Carolina), who passed away on February 28, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Ralston Cantey; her parents, Lemuel Floyd and Lee P. McKenzie Floyd; and her siblings, Doris Feagin, Jho Coker, Leroy Floyd, Frank Floyd and Rudy Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Springs (Cecil) of Lake City, David Ralston "Rex" Cantey (Janie) of Lake City, Tamra Richardson (George) of Lake City and Kendra Gibbons (Chad) of Turbeville; her grandchildren, Mark Springs (Chrissie), Kerry Chandler (David), Karen Ulmer (John), Missy Lyda (Barry), David Cantey, Ansley Richardson, Aaron Richardson (Caitlyn), Gavin Gibbons and Cantey Gibbons; and her sister Carolyn Driggers of Lake City. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
