He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarious Palmer "Pete" Lyerly and Lula Mae Eaddy Lyerly; and his brothers, Jerry Lyerly, Carthen Lyerly and Legrand Lyerly.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Lyerly; his daughters, Teresa Lane (Bozie) and Wanda Weber; his grandchildren, Lance Lane (Sam), Shae Lane (Hannah), Whitney Weber and Emily Thompson (Devin); his great grandchildren, Lawson, Kate and Blair; his sister Betty Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Dotty Lyerly and Armago Lyerly.
