She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Howard and Retha Mae Howard; her children, Brenda Carter, Glenda Carter and Jimmy Carter, Jr.; and her brothers, Steve Howard and Sherwood Howard.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mark Jayroe of Andrews, Amber Avant of Lake City and Kaitlyn Carter of Lake City; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Ethan, Delaney, Nathan and Corbin; and her siblings, Miriam Waggoner, Marilyn Morris (Steve) of Georgetown, David Howard (Kelly) of Georgetown and Bruce Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
