He was predeceased by: his parents, William Theodore Kelly and Ruby Elizabeth Kelly; and his siblings, James Kelly and Lorraine Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kelly; his sons, John William Kelly Jr. (Meredith) and William Theodore Kelly II (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Caleb Kelly, Alex Kelly and Chris Kelly.
