He is survived by: his children, Katlyn Fennell of Hemingway, Greg Fennell (Lindsey) of Lake City and Kelly Barnhill of Georgetown; his significant other Michelle Hatchell of Lake City; his significant other's children, Lance Matthews (Carma), Roxi Miller (Brian) and Shaina Matthews (Courtney); his sisters, Peggy Powell Baxley (Chris) of Johnsonville and Jessica Fennell of Lake City; his nephews, Shey Powell (Summer) of Hemingway and Christopher Baxley (Diana) of Johnsonville; and his grandchildren, Madilyn, Waverly Fennell, Reyse Fennell-Goude, Rex-Marie Belin, Ellie Kate Fennell, Anistin Stone, Kaiden Huggins, Laney Long, Kenlyn, Adalyn, Autumn Matthews, Matisyn and Matt.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home Chapel (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591).
