He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alton Lawrence, Sr. and Audrey Moore Lawrence; his siblings, John Franklin Lawrence and Rachele Lawrence Bline; and his nephew Michael Bline.
He is survived by: his wife Katrina Vause Lawrence; his sons, Matt McMillian (Kellie), Justin Filyaw (Abby) and Clay Filyaw (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Samantha, Caebrey, Rawlings and Briggs; his siblings, Herman Lawrence and Jane Lawrence; and his nieces and nephews, John, Stephanie, Jenny, Skylar, James Barr, Stoney Singletary and Bill Singletary.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lee Cemetery (2430 State Rd S-21-85, Lake City, SC 29560).
