It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin D. Scott of Lake City, South Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmena Scott; his children, Wayne Anthony Scott (Monica) of Snellville, GA, Karen White (Isaac) of Titusville, FL and Clamentine Elmore (Pastor Reginald) of Florernce, SC; his sisters, Janie Doughty of Bronx, NY, Sarah Wilson (George) of Linden, NJ and Mary Perkins of Irmo, SC; and also Christopher Franklin Scott of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
