We bid farewell to Elvis Baxley of Lake City, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 19, 2024 at the age of 66. Elvis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Baxley and Mattie Lee Marlow; and his siblings, Don Baxley, Lucelle Lions and John Arthur McGee.
He is survived by: his wife Roxie Parrott Baxley of Lake City; his children, Joey Baxley of Lake City and Ashley Baxley (Edward) of Olanta; his grandchildren, Destiny Baxley (Jorge) of Sims, NC and Elvis Buddin of Olanta; and his siblings, Leslie "Squeky" Marlow (Mary Nell) of Johnsonville and Elloree Freeman (Eddie) of Scranton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home Chapel (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Lake Chapel Cemetery.
