It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Poston (Lake City, South Carolina), who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Donald Poston; her parents, Cully Evans Poston and Capitola Hanna Poston; and her siblings, Willie Poston, Wilson Poston, Bussie Poston, Beulah White, Irvin "Chuck" Poston, Eloise Wilson and Ronald L. Poston.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lee Poston (Ann) of Lake City, Paula P. Reddeck (Larry) of Lake City and Mary Wallace Phillips (Stevie) of Lake City; her grandchildren, Claire Reddeck Bowman (Aaron), Ronald Lee Poston, Jr. (Reagan Atkinson), Robert Steve Phillips, II (Stephanie), Paul David Poston (Cassi), Paul Griffin Phillips (Whitney), Andrew Wallace Phillips (Ragan Cote) and Mary Lauren Reddeck Smith (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Aaron Blake Bowman, Mary Adelynn Phillips, Mary Baxley Phillips, William Holland Poston, Elliot Dawes Phillips and Evelyn Claire Smith; and her sisters, Vonnie P. Poston and Annie Powell.
