We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Epps (Lake City, South Carolina), born in Swansea, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Vernon Epps; her parents, George Fred Rast and Carrie Yon Rast; and her siblings, Lulu Rast Carrington, Carolyn Rast Mack, William Yon Rast, G. Fred Rast, Jr., John T. Rast and Edward L. Rast.

She is survived by: her children, John V. Epps (Jean) of Columbia, SC, Steve Epps (Laurie) of Arden, NC and Reverend Leah E. Epps of Lenoir, NC; her grandchildren, Daniel Epps of St. Petersburg, FL and Alison Hutton (Charles) of Atlanta, GA; and her great grandchildren, Amelia and Sarah Jean Hutton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
