He is survived by: his wife Dale Lockamy Cook of Lake City, SC; his children, Brandi Charlene Papel (Tony) of Lake City, SC, Grant Howard Cook of Florence, SC and Charlie Brett Cook of Lake City, SC; his grandsons, Andrew Cook Papel and Mason Wright Papel of Lake City, SC; his sisters, Judy Mae Cook Grier of Hemingway, SC and Peggy Moore of Charleston; and his daughter Hillary Andren Wise (Lonnie) of Parker, CO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
