It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda McGee of Lake City, South Carolina, born in Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Anderson "Andy" Hamel; her sister Diane; and her niece Megan Hamel. She is survived by: her father Bruce "Spike" Hamel (Annette) of Moncks Corner; her son Shane McGee of Bonneau; her granddaughter Jordan Grace McGee of Bonneau; and her siblings, Pauline Jackson (David) of Moncks Corner and Greg Hamel (Linda) of Bonneau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
