Betty White Altman Obituary

In the sacred silence of farewell, Betty White is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Betty White's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Richardson White and Sudie Collins White; her husband Marshall Ray Altman; her son Marshall Altman (Celeste); and her great grandchild Warren Briley Altman.

She is survived by: her sons, Steve Altman (Deborah) of Lake City and Stewart Altman (Joan) of Murrells Inlet; and her daughter-in-law Celeste Altman of Lake City. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lake City First Baptist Church (135 S Church St, Lake City, SC 29560). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
