He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Mae Barrett and Lawrence Alfred Barrett; and his sister Janet Margaret Jones. He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Barrett; his children, Sarah Jane Watson, William Carl Barrett, Jr. and Robert Eugene Barrett; his children-in-law, Jonathan Joseph Watson, Laura Ashley Barrett and Devon Kathleen Barrett; and his granddaughters, Brittni Nichole Wagoner, Destiny Kara Watson and Alison Paige Barrett.
