It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley Jacob Jordan (Ladson, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Bobby E. Jordan and Julia A. Hart; his siblings, Trevor Chism, Christopher Morris and Katelin Walsh; his grandparents, Pamela Zibura, Tony Zibura, Jim Hart, Vickie Hart and Sandra Jordan; and his stepfather Steve Chism. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
