She is survived by: her children, Anginette Green (Angie) and Reginald L. Toomer, Jr.; her husband Reginald L. Toomer, Sr.; her grandchildren, Daisun Simms, Peyton Toomer, Parker Toomer and Paiyson Toomer; and her siblings, Henry Smalls (Joann Smalls), Julius Tolbert, Willie Tolbert, Jr. and Emily McNeil (Alvin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
