He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Shaffer Johnson and Carl Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Davey Johnson; his daughters, Lori Ogilbee (Kyle) and Amy Schmoll (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brandon Parrish (Brittany) and Breanne Parrish; and his great grandchildren, Stetson Laufersweiler and Raven Parrish.
