He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Curtis and Irene Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Caprice Curtis; his children, Jason Curtis (Eva) and Kirsten Wilkins (Glenn); his grandson Tyler Curtis (Jade); his great grandchildren, Tate, Tucker and Theo; his grandchildren, Christopher Curtis, Brayden Wilkins and Hanna Wilkins; his stepgranddaughter Jennifer Reynolds (Seth); his friends, Terry, Sarah Lockwood, Ed and Gale Banda; his son Jonathan Curtis; his sister Victoria Angstman; his nephew Greg Angstman; his in-laws, Churchill and Alma Campbell; his godson Nicholas T. Lockwood; his uncle Helmuth; his aunt Dorothy Heckenlaible; his cousin Joan Haines; his brother-in-law Bruce Campbell; his stepgrandson Sgt. Ward Mark Johnson; his friend Ron Reek; his caregivers, Missi Crank and Tameka Gadson of Intrepid Hospice; and also, Bridger, Leif and Lottie.
