Norberg Nelson; and children, John Emit Dixon (Paula) of Atlanta, GA, Ronald Marvin Dixon (Mona) of Tampa, FL and Dianna Honour (David) of Ladson. Phylis is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
