He is survived by: his parents, Wilford Martin Pavloff and Gail Fender Holman; his wife Tammy Hush Pavloff; his stepparents, Ernie Holman of California and Jeri Pavloff of Glendale, Oregon; his children, Kelsey Merrick (Eric) of St. Stephen, Rachel Grizzle of Roseburg, Oregon, Kyle James (Heather) of Maysville, OH, Chad Hudson (Sabrina) of Macedonia, Stephen Pavloff (Nikki) of Roseburg, Oregon and Donovon Pavloff of Roseburg, Oregon; and his siblings, Martina Strother of Roseburg, Oregon and Josh Pavloff (Tammy) of Lutz, FL.
