She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick H. Welch and Ruby Brown Welch. She is survived by: her children, John Patrick Ballenger (Deborah) of Summerville and Linda Ballenger of Delanco, NJ; and her grandchildren, Ryan Sieter of Delanco, NJ and Jessica R. Witlock (BJ) of Six Mile, SC. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
