She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clifford Stollings and Mary Delores Hunt; her husband J. D. Brown; and her siblings, Greta Johnson, Larry, Milford and Wendall Stollings.

She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Legg (Chris); her grandchild Reagin; her children, Peanut and Bubba Brown; her grandchild Abbey Brown; her nephews, Brian Wallace and Rob Wallace; and her great-niece Reece. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
