He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy McMillan Lain and Julio Rodriguez; his sister Elaine Lain Tarleton; and also Lain Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Stroman Lain; his stepson Jason Stroman; and his sisters, Stephanie Dianne Lain Schoenhoff of Fayetteville and Sheila Joye Lain.
