He is survived by: his wife Nanette Spangler McGee; his son Joseph L McGee III (Donna); his mother Annie Ruth McGee; his sisters, Cheryl Bodiford (Wayne), Ruth Bledsoe (Bill), Linda Kingery (Doug), Donna Gregory (Bobby) and Julie Colbourne; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kristopher, Elizabeth, Ethan, Hannah and Austin.
