He is survived by: his grandmother Alice Ratliff of North Charleston, SC.; his mother Pamela Joy Phillips; his sister Jessica (Jason); his nephew John Hubbard; his niece Briahnna Law of Summerville, SC.; his brother Jacob Phillips of Ladson, SC.; and his uncles, Steve Ratliff of North Charleston, SC. and Jeff Ratliff (Heather) of Aiken, SC.. He is also survived by family members and lifelong friends.
