She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Besemer and Frances Robinson; her brothers, Albert Besemer, Jr. and Robert Besemer; and her sister-in-law Camille Besemer.
She is survived by: her husband James G. West; her children, Debra McGee of Summerville, Christine West (Dean Carr) of Bethlehem, PA, James West (Heather) of Springhill, FL, Tim West (Wendi) of Chesapeake, VA and Bernadette Christopher (Jack) of Moncks Corner; her grandchildren, Kevin McGee (Kenna), Kristen McGee, Kelly McGee (Toriano), Tim West, Jr., Nolan Pugh, Brianna West, Ryan West, Austin West and Ashli West; and her great grandchildren, Alivia Haun, Kristopher McGee, Alexandria Palmer, Airabella Palmer, Kenrich Delesine, Benjamin Delesine, Hudson McGee, Kalani Delesine and Hadley McGee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
