She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Ben Self and Iola Biggs Self; her former spouse Lt Jack Tetrick; her son Captain Scott; her grandchildren, Lara, Jackson and Julianne; her sister Deon Chapo of Sacramento; her nieces and nephews, Sandy Elledge (Joe), Jimmy Self (Cindy), Kathy Hall (Don), Richie Tetrick (Lee) and David Tetrick; her husband Captain Jack Tetrick; her son Jeffery D Tetrick; and her brother Jimmy Kent Self.
