He is survived by: his parents, James Richard Matherly and Anita Lynn McNulty; his grandfathers, Clarence Matherly and Gerald Oliver; his great-grandparents, Virginia Harmon, Butler McNulty and Alice McNulty; his stepfathers, Kevin Humphrey and John McNabb, Sr. of Virginia; his grandmother Brenda Rainbolt Penix; and also Stairlight Drive.
