He is survived by: his wife Candace Polson (McNulty); his stepfather James Davis; his sons, Jamie (Stephanie), David (Kristen) and Justin Trapp (Marie); his grandchildren, Cayden (David), James (Jamie) and Dru Higgins (Justin); and his siblings, Johnny Davis, Tim Davis (Denise), Wayne Polson and Kathy Ann Rummage (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts, and Uncles.
