She was predeceased by: her parents, Stokes Gilmore and Pauline Gilmore; and her sisters, Janice Foster, Jackie Grant and Gail Gilmore.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Moore (Patty) of Easley, SC, John Moore (Jeannie) of Mt Pleasant, SC and Katie Moore of Ladson, SC.; her grandchildren, Tara Burger (Brandon), Lily, Sophie and Luke Moore; and her brothers, Sherman Gilmore and Harold Gilmore.
In lieu of flowers, it's requested that monetary or children's book donations be made to the: Qualla Boundary Library, 810 Aquoni Rd, Cherokee NC, 28719, Glenda was an avid reader, of Cherokee Indian decent, and her happy place was Cherokee NC.
