He was predeceased by: his mother Ursula Shattuck. He is survived by: his father Walter Freeman Shattuck; his wife Eva McVay Shattuck; his children, Francis Trevor Shattuck Jr., Tamra Lynne Shattuck and Timothy Scott Shattuck Sr.; and his stepchildren, Kathy Fried, Colleen Creech, Cindy Lockey, Jeff Janney and Rebecca Tweed.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stallsville Methodist Church or Vineyard Bluffton assisted living 25 Cassidy drive Bluffton, South Carolina 29910.
