She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest B. Lowder; her parent Qunnie Scott; and her children, Terry Lonnie Pye (Donna), Frank Pye and Dorothy Brunson (Tom).
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Pye of Moncks Corner, Vernelle Gartman of Pinopolis, Maybelle Kincaid (David) of Moncks Corner, Loretta Clark, Stella Grooms and Sharon Gary Cuddie of Vidalia, Georgia; and her stepchildren, Bobby Pye and Olean Platt of Florida. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
