He is survived by: his wife Donna Ellett McNeill; and his sons, Edsel L. McNeill III, Matthew "Brett" McNeill (Adriana) of Ladson, SC and Spencer Logan McNeill (Jessica) of Ladson, SC. He is also survived by his sons, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
