He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Shipley and Barbara Dagnan Shipley; his son Andy Ray Shipley; and his brother Larry Shipley. He is survived by: his children, April Eilerman (Bob), Ricky Gene Shipley and Jami Mead (Hank); his siblings, Ron Shipley (Brenda) of Monroeville, Tim (Sandy) and Teresa Myers; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers/gifts the family is receiving memorial donations to assist with funeral expenses.
